In AB Tasty, Tech teams are splitted into 3 families: Infrastructure team, Features teams, and Core Plateform teams.
The Core Plateform teams are responsible for the invisible skeleton of the AB Tasty solution : Javascript TAG, SDKs & DevExperience, Data Engineering, and Core Interface teams.
We want to create a new team in AB Tasty within this family, Core Data Ops, which will be responsible for creating and maintaining an internal dashboard to follow all tech and product teams OKRs. It aims to define a common space to visualize it, define a process to gather the data from multiple sources, and propose an evolutive interface to follow all the KPIs with history and apply filters.
Your role will require communicating with other teams to know where their KPI are exposed and propose a proper way on how we can access it.
Your clients will be internal: Heads of 3 Techs Departments, CTO, Comex.
Also, you’ll be involved in the Data Engineering Chapter, to share news and demos about Data Technologies.
The Data Ops refers to the Head of Core Platform.
A few examples of your responsibilities
Working closely with all Engineering and Product teams:
-Define a dashboard according to the clients needs, with metrics to follow and available filters
-Design and monitor a new ETL pipeline using JAVA, Python, NodeJS or GoLang
-Communicate with Data Engineers to propose and validate a proper solution to gather and store data
-Choose and deploy a new tool that fits with clients requirements to visualize data
-Communicate with stakeholders and Infrastructure team to develop APIs to return these KPIs, and maintain a clear documentation
-Automate alerts on Slack depending on defined threshold values
-Share insights and updates in Data Engineering Chapter meetings and present updates and demos about Data Technologies
Depends on the roadmap, further mission to unify internal data dashboard from other AB Tasty teams.
What we look for
-You have at least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
-Strong knowledge of Python and/or NodeJS and/or GoLang
-You already design and deploy in production an ETL pipeline
-You master at least one data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Grafana…)
-You feel comfortable with Data Visualization, and know how to restitute efficiently any kind of data
-Use of code and bug management tools, including Git and Jira
-Collaborate effectively with Agile Scrum/Kanban teams. Ensure timely and high quality delivery
-You can communicate effectively with the product team, the development engineers and other QA engineers.

What we offer
- Huge impact . AB Tasty is only as great as our team. By directly developing the publicly accessible SaaS platform used by all our clients, you’ll have a direct impact on the company’s success.
- The opportunity to unleash your creativity . You’ll be free to contribute to the processes, the tools and the organization of the team, according to the agile principles
- No micromanaging . Be the owner of your effort - you’ll be one of the team and fully trusted to take responsibility for your tasks. You’ll have every incentive to make a real impact.
- International reach . Our audience is wildly international, and our team is too. Although our HQ is located in France, our company language is English.
- Continuous education . We offer many opportunities for each employee to learn and grow from a mix of professional and non-professional topics
- Unique career opportunity . By joining a fast-growing company that’s making waves in the tech industry, you’ll have a wonderful chance to enhance your learning and advance in your career faster than you ever thought possible.
- Lots. Of. Fun . Our incredible magic makers organize awesome events, such as team games, drinks, yoga classes, parties, and a company-wide retreat every year with employees from all countries gathering for 2 days of fun.
- Remote working, flexible schedule . This isn’t a “clock in, clock out” company. We care about your productivity, not tracking every minute you’re on site. It’s up to you to always be responsible for your work, no matter where you are or what schedule you’re keeping.
- Time for yourself . After a year within AB Tasty, we offer you a day off during which we simply ask you to think about your career expectations with us. It's not always easy to find time for introspection and to envision what path can lead us to a happy career so we offer a Retreat Day as an opportunity to reflect on that. We not only aim to succeed but also to make you succeed.
Our recruitment process:
Our hiring process is made of 4 steps:
1. A Discovery Interview with our Talent Acquisition team (Christine): talk about yourself (experience, career expectations...) and what we offer (environment, missions...) - 45 to 60 minutes
2. A Hiring Manager Interview (Frédéric) to get to know you better. You'll discuss your skills and motivation to join our team - 60 minutes
3. A Technical Interview to assess your coding and test automation skills with someone from the Core Data team - 60 minutes. ( Herve , Valentin et Quentin )
4. A Culture Fit interview with someone outside your team to talk about life and culture at AB Tasty - 45 minutes
