Garantme est une Insurtech qui construit et distribue des solutions d’assurance simples, innovantes et compréhensibles afin de simplifier la gestion locative dans l’immobilier.
En 6 ans , Garantme est devenu un acteur pionnier sur le marché de l'immobilier, en assurant 90 000 locations en France et en sécurisant les loyers de plus de 5000 agences immobilières et résidences étudiantes.
Avec déjà trois levées de fonds au compteur, l'équipe continue de renforcer sa tech, lancer de nouveaux produits d’assurance et accélérer son déploiement commercial.
Objectif 2023 : Compléter l’activité d’assurance par une plateforme SaaS et doubler la taille du chiffre d’affaires.
Descriptif du poste
Garantme's data team is seeking a high quality data engineer to boost its forces. We are looking for someone who will have a huge impact on designing and delivering data analytics/science/engineering solutions.
A good profile for this position is someone who has good skills and experience in data analytics (closer to the business side of things - reporting in SQL or python scripts), and broader skills in data engineering (data pipelines, deployments, data flows, Python based applications, LLMs/AI work).
Main responsibilities include :

Collaborate with department leads to design and deliver key business analyses

Support the insurance team by conducting actuarial analyses in coordination with our partner insurers and the Head of Insurance
·
Lead the development and integration of AI-powered features
·
Ensure the long-term scalability of our technical stack by working with developers and QAs on data model evolution and new feature implementation
·
Partner with PMs and designers to challenge the product and push for the best possible user experience
·
Work with fellow tech team members to improve daily operations, internal processes, and the overall delivery workflow
The Team
The data team currently consists of three members, each involved in multiple areas of the data ecosystem.
We collaborate daily with other tech teams—including developers, QAs, the automation and support teams, and designers—to build new features and improve internal processes.
Our main business stakeholders are the Risk and Finance teams, with whom we develop tools and reports to support strategic, data-driven analysis.
Mid-sized to larger projects are tackled using what we call “pizza teams”. A pizza team is created by picking a PM, data team members, developers and QAs. This temporary team’s job is to stay focused, share information and ship the project.

Profil recherché
·
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data (not including internships or apprenticeship)
·
High knowledge of SQL
·
Good level of Python
·
Experience with dbt and Google Cloud Platform is a plus
·
Experience with AI frameworks is a plus
·
Strong communication and analytical skills are a must, being able to work in teams of varying sizes, backgrounds and technical expertises is critical for success
