About Our Customer Success Team
Our Customer Success team is dedicated to ensuring our clients achieve outstanding results by leveraging our platform. As a Customer Success Engineer , you will go beyond traditional customer support, working closely with business and tech teams to craft and implement solutions that drive client success. This is a unique role that combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Your Missions

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges, identifying opportunities to enhance their success through our platform.

Design and implement tailored technical solutions, ranging from configuration to custom integrations with third-party systems.
·
Serve as the technical bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and priorities.
·
Develop and share best practices, guides, and resources to empower clients and streamline onboarding.
·
Proactively monitor client accounts, addressing potential issues and opportunities for optimization before they arise.
·
Advocate for clients internally, providing actionable feedback to our product and engineering teams to improve our platform.

Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and webinars to enhance client adoption and usage.

Preferred Experience
You are an ideal candidate if you...
·
Have some practical experience in a technical role working with customers or in customer-facing role working in a technical field. Any customer success, technical support, or a related role involving client-facing technical problem-solving is a plus.
·
Possess strong technical skills (e.g., SQL, JavaScript).
·
Experience with ticketing system such as Linear or Jira to centralize user reported bugs.
·
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
·
Are skilled at gathering and interpreting client feedback to inform product development.
·
Have experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
·
Show a proactive approach to identifying and resolving client challenges.
·
Thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with business and engineering teams.
