Job Description
About the role
As part of Incepto's Finance team, you will play a key role in our scale-up journey. Sitting at the crossroads of Finance, Commercial Finance and Administration, you will be the backbone of our revenue tracking, billing operations and financial reporting. You will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Operations and local business teams to ensure financial data is accurate, up-to-date and actionable.
Your missions
Commercial Finance & Revenue

Reconcile revenue recorded in the accounting system against expected revenue, and ensure rigorous cut-off management (deferred revenue, unbilled revenue, credit notes to issue)

Manage invoicing and accounts receivable collection with the support of local business teams
·
Monitor and maintain the accounts receivable ledger with rigorous accuracy
·
Contribute to and implement improved ways of working in commercial finance with the sales teams
Accounting & Tax
·
Contribute to monthly, half-year and year-end close processes
·
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and sales reporting
Salesforce CRM & Process Automation
·
Salesforce proficiency is mandatory: manage data collection, ensure rigorous follow-up and regular CRM updates
·
Identify and implement automations to reduce manual tasks and improve process reliability
·
Support the sales team in responding to public tenders and managing client accounts
Preferred Experience
Your profile
·
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
·
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounting or Commercial Finance
·
Strong accounting foundations: comfortable reading a general ledger, applying debit/credit logic, and managing period-end entries
·
Essential knowledge of VAT rules: intra-community transactions, VAT by subsidiary, intra-group billing
·
Salesforce proficiency is required – hands-on experience expected
·
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
·
Strong automation mindset: you proactively look for ways to eliminate repetitive tasks
