Job Description

As we develop our platform and ecosystem, we seek a talented Chief of Staff to support our operations and business development efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to grow alongside our company and shape the future of quantum computing.

What you will be doing:

Operations Support : Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and decision-making processes.

· 
Business Development : Analyze growth opportunities, identify potential partners, and contribute to generating new business for the company.

· 
Strategic Planning : Assist in setting strategic objectives and aligning projects with aqora’s long-term vision.

· 
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a bridge between different teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across departments.

· 
Product Enhancement: Work closely with the product team to understand customer feedback and drive product improvements that meet client needs.

Preferred Experience

What you will need:

1-3 years of experience in business development, operations, or a related field.

· 
Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand and interpret data.

· 
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· 
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

· 
Background or interest in deep tech and startups.

· 
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
