Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, providing high-level support to the CEO in managing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and critical projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and managing various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

· 
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

· 
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of strategic initiatives and company goals.

· 
Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.

· 
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.

· 
Support the CEO in preparing for investor meetings, board meetings, and other high-level engagements.

Qualifications:

· 
Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

· 
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

· 
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· 
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· 
High level of professionalism and discretion.

· 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

· 
Experience in the tech industry or a startup environment is a plus.

· 
Fluent in French and English; other language skills are an asset.

Recruitment Process

The interview process starts with a one-week review of applications to identify qualified candidates. Selected individuals will have a 30-45-minute phone or video interview with the CEO to discuss their experience and understanding of the role. Finalists will then have an in-depth, one-hour interview with the CEO and CTO to explore the role, expectations, and how they can contribute to the company's success.
