Job Description

Neurobus is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic person to serve as the Right Hand of our CEO. This unique position offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain insight into the strategic and operational aspects of a cutting-edge neurotechnology company. You will work closely with the CEO, assisting in a wide range of tasks and projects, from strategic planning and research to attending key meetings and contributing to high-level discussions.

This opportunity is available as an internship, apprenticeship, or a permanent position, depending on the candidate's profile.

Preferred Experience

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Assist the CEO in daily operational tasks and strategic projects.

· 
Conduct research and prepare reports on industry trends, potential partnerships, and new market opportunities.

· 
Attend meetings with the CEO, taking notes and providing follow-up actions. Help in preparing presentations and materials for board meetings, investor pitches, and internal communications.

· 
Work closely with different teams to understand the company's operations, challenges, and needs.

· 
Assist in organizing and managing the CEO's schedule, ensuring efficient time management.

Qualifications:

· 
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Aerospace Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Neurosciences, or a related field.

· 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· 
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

· 
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· 
Eager to learn and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

· 
Previous experience in a business setting or startup environment.

· 
Proficiency in productivity tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Tableau, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp).

· 
Interest or background in artificial intelligence, neuroscience or aerospace engineering is a big plus.
