Job Description

EXXA is hiring a Business Developer Intern to support the CEO in business development and daily activities.

Key responsibilities:

· 
Lead outreach initiatives to engage potential clients in large enterprises or AI-native companies

· 
Draft internal and external communications, such as newsletters, team updates, and blog posts

· 
Actively contribute to the company's culture and community building

Example of adhoc contributions:

· 
Conduct market research, competitor analyses to inform decision-making and refine sales strategy

· 
Prepare data and materials for key meetings (including board sessions)

· 
Participate in strategic discussions and provide data-driven insights to help guide critical business decisions.

· 
Set up and manage operational workflows to automate operational process, such as candidate sourcing or data scraping processes

· 
Coordinate and oversee events and meetings, managing logistics, venue bookings, catering, and all necessary materials.

·

Preferred Experience

Profile:

· 
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a top engineering and/or business school

· 
Outstanding organisational and communication skills

· 
Strong interest in entrepreneurship, business development and Artificial Intelligence

· 
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in whatever it takes to help EXXA grow. "Can-do" attitude

· 
Initial experience in business development, sales, marketing, or operations in a fast-paced environment is a plus

· 
Experience in Python or any other programming language is a plus (but not mandatory)
