Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and talented AI Research Intern to join our AI team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI applications in drug discovery and development, focusing on immunology and inflammation. You will work on biological data (genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics) coupled with clinical patient characteristics to develop multimodal models predicting medical outcomes and discovering associated biomarkers.

Main missions:

-       Participate in the development of our deep foundation model for multi-omics data by integrating new data modalities or supporting its explainability capacities

-       Leverage our foundation models in applied biological projects to unravel new biomarkers

-       Contribute to our publications on our last AI-driven medical discovery  

-       Engage in literature reviews to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI for drug discovery

Preferred Experience

-       Currently pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Bioinformatics, or a related field

-       Strong background in deep learning, machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis

-       You like coding and learning new good practices in Python.

-       Professional working proficiency in English.
