Fondée début 2021 à Paris par 4 co-fondateurs de 3 nationalités, Coachello a depuis le premier jour un ADN très international. Tout a commencé en vivant l'expérience de se faire coacher qui a ensuite déclenchée l'envie d'en faire une entreprise centrée autour du coaching.
Notre mission est d'accompagner les entreprises dans le déploiement de programmes d'accompagnement de Talents en collectif ou en individuel en combinant Humain, Tech et IA. Renforcer l'individuel, le collectif et ainsi avoir un impact positif sur l'ensemble des talents de l'entreprise et sur la performance de l'organisation.
En une phrase, Coachello c'est la solution de coaching professionnel intégrée à Slack et MS Teams pour démocratiser le coaching dans le monde entier. Une centaine d'entreprises dans 12 pays nous font confiance dont Microsoft, Enedis, Qonto, Papernest, Meilleurs Agents, WTTJ...
En plus du coaching humain, notre vision avec l’IA coach est de pouvoir offrir du coaching à l’ensemble des Talents d’une organisation à une fraction du cout du coaching humain à l'aide d'une application intégrée dans l’environnement de travail (MS Teams ou Slack). Cette IA conversationnelle, entrainée comme un coach professionnel de niveau ICF PCC et personnalisable pour chaque entreprise révolutionne le learning.

Your Mission
As an AE at Coachello, you’ll be a key player in our next growth chapter. Working hand-in-hand with the founders and fully embedded in the sales team, you’ll help shape how top HR, L&D, and Talent leaders transform their workforce through human and AI coaching.
We’re scaling fast—and you’ll be at the front line.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Top of the Funnel

Identify and research key decision-makers (CHROs, Heads of L&D, Talent Directors).

Design and execute smart, multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, events).
·
Tailor your approach to each prospect’s unique context and challenges.
Run High-Impact Discovery
·
Lead compelling discovery conversations with HR & Talent leaders.
·
Understand their strategy, pain points, and how Coachello can create real impact.
·
Qualify opportunities with precision and convert interest into momentum.
Manage & Grow Your Pipeline
·
Keep your pipeline full, clean, and moving, no dust allowed.
·
Log all activities in HubSpot and track your KPIs like a pro.
·
Share field insights with the team to help us constantly improve messaging, targeting, and product fit.
Collaborate Like a Founder
·
Partner with Marketing to test and iterate on outbound strategies.
·
Work closely with the founders to fine-tune our go-to-market and close strategic deals.
·
Stay ahead of the curve on HRTech, AI, coaching trends, and the future of work.
Profil recherché
Who You Are
·
2–3 years of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or AE), ideally in consultative or SaaS environments.
·
Track record of ownership, self-starter, ambitious, and outcome-driven.
·
Not afraid of the grind: you prospect daily, you test, you optimize, you win.
·
Entrepreneurial mindset: you see this as a school for your own future venture.
·
Fluent in French & professional level in English. (another language is a +)
