About StartupSauce Academy

The StartupSauce Academy is an online community for entrepreneurs and startup founders to swap ideas and learn from one another. Most of the discussion revolves around sales, marketing and customer acquisition. In order to qualify for membership, business owners must be selling software/digital products online and must meet a certain minimum revenue threshold.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an intern to join the business to help out with some important marketing tasks and to help manage the community. You’ll be working directly with the cofounders of the business - both of whom are serial entrepreneurs and very experienced digital marketers.

Specifically, we’re looking for someone who

- Is intelligent & hardworking
- Learns quickly and takes initiative
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has an excellent eye for detail
- Is interested in entrepreneurship and would like to start their own venture one day

Responsibilities

- In-depth customer research
- Building, cleaning & enriching prospect email lists
- Outbound email marketing to acquire new customers
- Community management
