As a Project Assistant, you will BE integrated into a strategic project already underway and collaborate with multiple internal departments. You will act as a cross-functional coordinator, helping to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.Marketing Support :- Verify and ensure that all public-facing and marketing materials reflect accurate and up-to-date technical information- Assist in reviewing marketing assets to guarantee alignment with the established strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders- Monitor video game communities to suggest creative, engaging, and cost-effective content ideasProduction Support :- Maintain and communicate project timelines and milestones in coordination with release management teams worldwide- Assist in preparing submissions to various Age Rating agencies- Help update and manage the internal project information system (Jira/Confluence), coordinating between the studio and departments like QA, Release, Localization, and MarketingAdditional Responsibilities :- Adapt communication based on the profile of your interlocutors (international teams, C-level executives)- Track project progress and support regular reporting- Potential involvement in marketing content production (e.g. trailer coordination)

- Currently studying in a business school or engineering school (Bac +3 to Bac +5)- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence- Ability to adapt your communication style depending on the audience- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)- Interest in project management, strategic initiatives, and the gaming industry- Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment
