We're now on the hunt for a dynamic, energetic Sales Specialist to join our expanding sales team. If you're passionate about SaaS, experienced in lead generation, and are looking to step up your career, we would love to hear from you!

✅ In this role, you will:

·  Proactively generate new business opportunities across the globe, primarily focusing on North America, APAC, and the UK
·  Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses ‍ ‍
·  Identify needs and issues of potential clients during discovery calls and prepare for demo meetings with account executives
·  Take responsibility for the qualification of incoming leads generated by our sales machine
·  Reach out to potential customers via outbound campaigns and position yourself as a thought leader in the Future of Work
·  Provide valuable insights to marketing to set up successful campaigns
·  Help develop and present new ideas to expand our core offering, increase sales, and boost company revenue

What we're looking for:

·  Language: Ideally English C2 and B2 in French
·  At least 1 year of BDR/SDR experience in a SaaS environment ️
·  Deep understanding of technology and ability to translate the company´s technology to potential clients
·  Comfortable and effective in canvassing, cold calling, qualifying, and arranging appointments via phone and video conference ☎️
·  Excellent at asking the right questions to discover needs/pains
·  Outstanding communication skills and ability to build relationships
·  Ability to prioritise activities for maximum results
·  Courage and creativity in finding new ways to develop business
·  Self-motivated, proactive, well-organised, with a blend of creativity and data-driven thinking
·  Strong interpersonal skills with clear oral and written communication ️
·  Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
·  Resilience to rejection ️
