Lagardère Travel Retail is one of the world leaders in Travel Retail, serving passengers in airports, railway stations and other concessions in 42 countries. One of the two divisions of the Lagardère group, Lagardère Travel Retail meets the needs of passengers and licensors in a holistic way through a network of more than 5 000 Travel Essentials, Duty Free & Fashion and Foodservice outlets. The group has established an ambitious CSR roadmap called P.E.P.S (Planet.Ethics.People.Social), in order to contribute to the construction of a more sustainable industry. In 2023, Lagardère Travel Retail generated €6.6bn sales.

YOUR ROLE

·  Support the Lagardère Travel Retail Foodservice team by analyzing data and presenting results on various topics such as Performance Excellence (Welldone), Store Financial Performance (Newport), and the Waste Reduction Program (Flow).
·  Actively participate in our quarterly calls with foodservice representatives from different countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operational Excellence Support (Welldone):

·  Conduct monthly follow-ups on each indicator: Health & Safety audits, operational audits, and Visibilishop (customer feedback).
·  Monitor country-specific platform usage rates and propose strategies to enhance engagement.
·  Identify opportunities to enhance data quality.

2. Financial Performance Enhancement (Newport):

·  Perform monthly analysis of selected indicators, including brand names and average ticket value.
·  Develop strategies to improve data quality.

3. Waste Reduction (Flow Program):

·  Assist in estimating waste volumes by country in kilograms.
·  Monitor program progress and results.

4. International Collaboration:

·  Participate in monthly calls with foodservice teams worldwide, gathering valuable information and photographs on openings and other initiatives.
·  Actively contribute to discussions and present findings.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education :

·  Business School or Engineering student
·  International studies

Required Skills :

·  Excellent analytical abilities.
·  Proficient in managing and interpreting data from various sources.
·  Skilled in data visualization and presentation for executive audiences.
·  Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of French is a plus).
·  Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across different countries.
·  Highly organized with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
·  Eager to learn, actively participate in ongoing projects, contribute ideas, and integrate into an international team in a dynamic setting.
