Hi there!

We are an AI startup looking for a Sales Associate intern or recent gradute to work closely with the COO and help drive business growth .

You will join a strong and passionate team and be at the forefront of the AI revolution .

Location: Station F, Paris 13, France

Internship + possibility of a permanent contract at the end of the internship

Duration: 6 months

Languages: English and French

Education: Master 1/Master 2 in Business Development or related field in Business School or equivalent

First work experience required

Perquisite: based on education and experience

Who we are :

We are an AI startup making popular open-source LLMs such as NuExtract. We sell an Entreprise platform to Corporates to operate faster and grow revenue thanks to these LLMs (think “specialized ChatGPT”).

We are currently 10 people, most of them holding PhDs. Our CEO was head of ML at Wolfram Research, our CTO co-founded Make.org and our COO co-founded IKKOÉ.

We went through YCombinator and have no runway issues. We give equities to all employees.

About you and your mission

You want to gain 360° hands-on experience in sales

You want to learn more about how to bring an innovative B2B product to the market

You find focusing on prospecting efforts rewarding

You're a self-starter and love the thought of surpassing your goals

You are interested in AI and its B2B applications

You thrive in a moving environment (we're a startup!)

Then this mission is for you. Under the COO’s supervision, you will:

Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to support the company's growth objectives

Research potential buyers, establish contact and re-engage potential sales leads

Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales proposals

Attend sales meetings and take notes, maintain the company’s CRM system and help manage customer relationships

Build client materials such as presentations and client success stories

Analyze market trends, metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales

Provide general support as needed

About you and us

You have common sense

You have a excellent command of written and spoken English and at least professional proficiency in French OR an excellent command of French and at least professional proficiency in English

You are currently pursuing or have completed at least a Master 1 degree in Business Development or related field

You have excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

You are detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively

You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setup

You have a problem-solving approach and can push your ideas end-to-end

A nice-to-have, you have used Hubspot and Apollo before
