Created in 2013 and based in Sophia Antipolis, Texplained is the reference in Secure Integrated Circuits Reverse Engineering and Analysis. Our company offers a broad range of services and products to educate, evaluate and protect ICs against piracy and counterfeiting.Equipped with cutting-edge equipments (SEM, Polishers, Plasma Etcher, Chemical Hoods, etc.) and proprietary tools dedicated to secure IC Reverse Engineering, exploration and analysis, we accompany Law Enforcement Agencies (Digital Forensics), Chip Makers, Governments and other OEMs, in their mission to analyse the hardware security, look for Backdoors and recover embedded data as well as digital evidence from encrypted devices.In the context of our development, we have several open positions. In particular, we are looking for a Software Developer who's mission will consist in taking part of the development of our flagship IC Reverse Engineering software, ChipJuice.Mission
ChipJuice is a unique tool that efficiently recovers the internal architecture of any Integrated Circuit thanks to the extraction of all the features visible on the pictures of its different layers, and helps recover many secrets data that are embedded in secure chips. Due to the extremely high number of features to be extracted on a chip (up to tens of billions) and to the way they are organized, we use diverse techniques allowing a fast recovery: tailored image processing, graph theory and machine learning algorithms, etc.As part of our R&D team, you will participate to the development of ChipJuice.
Your everyday job will consist in the:Design of new software features:
