Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing employee learning programs and managing talent acquisition processes.
Type of Contract: 6 months internship
Recruitment:
· Assist with drafting and posting job openings across various platforms and monitor applications.
· Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation with assigned HR
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring departments.
· Ensuring all internal requirements are adhered to (recruitment request forms are completed, selected candidate assessment forms signed, etc)
Onboarding:
· Assist the HR department in improving the induction process
· Prepares the documentation for employee induction
HR Administration & project
· Prepare administrative documents or folders
· Fill HR data base & keep records
· Perform translation
· Take part in department project
· Take part of payroll
Training & Development (T&D):
· Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops
· Assist in submitting payment on internal UPM system
· Research and liaise with external vendors to identify and book training opportunities.
· Support the creation and maintenance of a training catalog tailored to employees' development needs.
· Work with IT department to update training information on HRMS
· Collect and analyze feedback to measure program effectiveness.
· Develop learning content and learning paths on Linkedin Learning Platform
· Build and optimize the onboarding program using available platforms and resources
General HR Topics: Support on HR projects or administrative topics
What You’ll Gain:

We expect you :
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn or job boards is a plus
· A proactive and resourceful attitude with a keen interest in HR functions.
· Fluent in Chinese, English and French (B2)
