Résumé du poste :
Le stagiaire après-vente accompagnera les opérations quotidiennes du département après-vente, tout en découvrant les fonctions liées au service, aux pièces détachées et à la relation client dans le secteur de l’automobile électrique en France.
Il s’agit d’un poste pratique, axé sur l’apprentissage, visant à offrir une expérience concrète dans un environnement professionnel.
Responsabilités principales :
· Saisir des données, classer et mettre à jour les dossiers de service dans les systèmes internes.
· Contribuer à l’élaboration de rapports simples sur les activités pièces et services de la filiale.
· Aider à la préparation de présentations, documents et communications internes en lien avec les lancements de programmes.
· Analyser des données de base issues des phases pilotes de nouvelles initiatives après-vente, des retours clients ou des KPI internes.
· Apprendre à gérer les retours clients et à escalader les problèmes de manière appropriée.
· Suivre les équipes pièces et service pour comprendre les opérations techniques, de garantie et de pièces détachées.
· Participer aux réunions d’équipe et briefings afin de mieux comprendre le marché et les objectifs de performance.
· Soutenir la communication entre le département après-vente et les autres services (ventes, réseau, marketing, finance, etc.).
· Participer aux échanges écrits et oraux avec le réseau de distributeurs.
Profil recherché :
· Formation en cours dans l’ingénierie automobile, mécanique, électromécanique ou un domaine connexe.
· Intérêt marqué pour l’industrie automobile, les technologies des véhicules électriques et le service client.
· Volonté d’apprendre et sens de l’initiative dans un environnement dynamique.
· Bonnes compétences en communication et sens du service.
· Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
· Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, e-mail).
· Personne fiable, organisée et avec un bon esprit d’équipe.
Environnement de travail & mobilité :
· Poste basé en région parisienne (Île-de-France).
Job Description: Aftersales Intern
Role Summary:
The Aftersales Intern will support the daily operations of the aftersales department while gaining exposure to service, parts, and customer care functions in the electric vehicle (EV) market in France.
This is a hands-on, learning-focused role aimed at providing practical experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with data entry, filing, and updating service records in internal systems.
· Help generate basic reports related to parts and service activities of the subsidiary.
· Assist with preparing presentations, documentation, and internal communications related to programme launches.
· Analyze basic data from pilot phases of new aftersales initiatives, customer feedback, or internal performance metrics.
· Learn how to handle customer feedback and escalate issues appropriately.
· Shadow parts and service team members to understand technical, warranty, and spare part operations.
· Attend team meetings and briefings to build industry and market knowledge and understand performance goals.
· Support communication between the aftersales department and other teams (Sales, Network Development, Marketing, Finance, etc.).
· Support written and verbal communication with the dealer network.
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or a related field.
· Interest in the automotive industry, electric vehicle technologies, and customer service.
· Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
· Good communication skills and a strong sense of service.
· Fluent in both French and English.
· Basic proficiency in computer tools (Excel, email).
· Reliable, organized, and a strong team player.
Work Environment & Travel Requirements:
· Based in the Paris area.
