We are Sprint saver, a mobile application platform which helps the millennials to save money with a 99days money saving challenge. We are rapidly developing the business and team. We need someone who loves to work in financial start-ups and gain the best industry knowledge out in the market.

What’s the opportunity?

As a business operations intern at sprint saver, your role will be hugely varied and exciting, working across a wide range of projects and initiatives. You’ll be connecting into all areas of the business, working closely with the founders and other key team members across product, customer success, marketing and sales as we execute our growth strategy. And as a rapidly expanding business, this is a great opportunity for a new graduate to gain wide-ranging experience in a growing London fintech startup. You’ll have hands-on exposure to all areas of the company in a structured 9-week programme, including leading on projects end-to-end.


One of the main responsibility is to handle the contents writing.

Managing social media platforms. Review and update ads and contents.

Research and understand our users’ needs, and translate them into product requirements to help shape our roadmap and feature priorities.

Manages documentation, including contracts, maternity documentation, and sickness documentation

Sets up personnel files and confirms that data remains accurate

Responds to recruitment inquiries

Schedules interviews with hiring managers and coordinates the group interview process

Organises relevant office events

Communicates with staff for the purpose of ordering office supplies and planning of meeting rooms

Oversees property management services, including maintenance of building and ordering proper janitorial supplies

Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail

Manages correspondence with service vendors

Coordinates corporate events

Keeps office clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment

May participate in billing and accounting duties, including resolving billing questions and managing invoices

Ideal candidate profile


High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, English, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent grasp of the English language
Creative and innovative thinker and planner
Confident in producing work across multiple platforms
Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strict adherence to company policies and style
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver

Term, structure and benefits:

9 -week structured internship programme with exposure and involvement across all core areas of the business – Sales, Product, Fundraising, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance.

At the end of the 9-weeks, there may be an opportunity to roll into a full time paid role, in any area of the business.

Working hours are completely flexible and you can also work remotely
We will provide transportation and food expense if working in-house.
