We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East in Kuwait as
Commissioning Specialist
Job Purpose:
Ensure the daily operation of the units in accordance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Conservation and Protection Company regulations.
Maintain and improve the operational tools.
Develop and coordinate master plan of all pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of the project.
Mitigate pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up risks and provide suggested improvements for identified gaps.
Supervise progress of preparations, secured requested materials and manpower for scheduled daily activities.
Supervise the pre-commissioning / commissioning activities according to detailed procedures.


Ideally you will have graduated in Chemical Engineering with a minimum 10 years of experience in Refinery.
Good written and verbal English communication.
Commissioning and Start-up exposure.
Experience for renowned clients in region.
