Job Description
As a Product Marketing Manager at SBS, you'll be at the forefront of driving the success of our cutting-edge solutions within the Fintech and SaaS ecosystem. Your mission will be to craft innovative strategies that not only highlight the unique value of our offerings, but also demonstrate their transformative impact on our diverse client markets, including global Fintech innovators, Neobanks, Retail Banks, Corporate Finance Entities, and Manufacturer Captives. These clients operate across a wide spectrum of financial services, including digital banking, specialist financing, and more.
Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring our products resonate deeply with target markets, positioning SBS as leaders in the space, and showcasing the “so what?”. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Managers, Product Strategists, Demand Generation, Operational Marketing, Communications, and Sales, you will be responsible for launching, maintaining, and optimising our go-to-market strategies. This role directly reports to the UK Product Marketing Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
· Go-to-Market Ownership: Develop and execute dynamic go-to-market plans that translate complex technical features into compelling narratives. Your work will clearly differentiate our products and their benefits within the market.
· Multi-Channel Content Creation: Design impactful product collateral across a variety of channels, including high-engagement presentations, persuasive client case studies, robust sales enablement materials, and optimised website content to name a few responsibilities.
· Customer Retention & Growth: Partner with product managers and sales teams to drive customer retention and upsell strategies. Your efforts will directly influence customer loyalty and long-term value.
· Market-Driven Insights: Leverage market research and customer feedback to craft strategic insights that inform product positioning and messaging. You'll empower our sales teams with the tools and knowledge they need to excel.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to conceptualise and execute innovative demand generation programs. These initiatives will spotlight the real-world impact of our products through customer success stories and case studies.
· Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in our product offerings. Continuously seek to deepen your understanding of how our solutions address customer pain points and enhance the end-user experience, ensuring you can effectively communicate solutions and bring their stories to life.
Qualifications
We’re looking for passionate individuals with ambitions to make a significant impact in Fintech and SaaS industries. The ideal candidate will have:
· Industry Passion: A strong enthusiasm for or experience within the Fintech sector, with a desire to grow stay ahead of industry trends.
· Proven Experience: A solid background (2+ years minimum) in product marketing or product management within a tech company or financial institution.
· Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex technical concepts into accessible, impactful messages for a variety of audiences.
· SaaS Expertise: Experience in marketing SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of bringing technical products and services to life.
· Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail and quality, with the ability to articulate a product's value proposition in a way that resonates with customers and aligns with their needs.
· Collaborative Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and management skills, with a talent for working collaboratively across teams, particularly with product managers and sales.
· Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that are informed by both quantitative data and qualitative insights.
· Proactive, Organised Mentality: High-level organisational and project management skills, ensuring that you can manage multiple priorities and deliver on time.
· Global Minded: We are proud of our diverse global marketing team. Although not essential for the role, knowledge of other languages (French in particular) is beneficial.

Salary for this role is up to £55,000 per annum
