Outreach Specialist (Remote)
The Outreach Specialist will actively prequalify leads from designated sources, nurturing them through strategic engagement and relationship-building to drive conversion. By guiding prospects to schedule a CI evaluation, the Outreach Specialist will play a critical role in advancing potential candidates through the sales funnel, accelerating growth and optimizing the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
* Manages and pre-qualifies consumer leads from various sources, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to drive sales growth.
* Consistently engages consumer leads through a strategic outreach cadence via email, phone, and text, fostering timely responses and building rapport.
* Determines which consumer leads have expressed interest in exploring cochlear implants as a hearing solution and may benefit from an evaluation.
* Nurtures leads through targeted communication until they schedule a cochlear implant evaluation.
* Documents all lead communication and activities in Salesforce to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records.
* Identifies and reports consumer complaints or suggested enhancements in the internal complaint tracking system.
* Collaborates effectively with Cochlear Implant Consumer Specialists and Field Sales to provide support and guidance to cochlear implant candidates.
* Coordinates warm introductions to an Cochlear Implant Consumer Specialist once lead has scheduled an evaluation.
* Drives sales activities and initiatives to meet and exceed key metrics.
* Provides on-call support for potential candidates seeking information from AB via phone, email, webchat, or website.
* Monitors and manages lead processing channels, including phones, email queues, Salesforce automated queues, and live chat, ensuring optimal lead handling and response times.
* Contributes Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback by asking customers pre-defined questions on the customer journey and/or
* by sending a survey link to an online customer survey.
* Other duties as assigned

This role's pay range is between $65,600/yr - $98,400/yr (based on location). This role is also bonus eligible.
