SII UK is a recent branch of our group, with business offices based in Stevenage, a major area for engineering especially in the Aerospace and Defence industries. We will take on major growth and development in this area, as well as in the Bristol area, with large recruitment and business opportunities.

Poste et missions:
Reporting to the Business Manager, your mission will be to source great candidates, you will:
- Develop candidate shortlists for active roles and pipelines for your roles.
- Use multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, recruitment databases, staff recommendations, your networks, specialist conferences/events and existing talent pools to identify relevant candidates to meet recruitment plans.
- Be first point of contact for potential candidates, able to discuss and sell current opportunities as well as being able to promote SII.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to grow your understanding of business and candidate needs.
- Constantly look for ways to improve the candidate experience and the recruitment process
- Ensure that data held in Sinergy (SII’s CRM) is accurate and up to date
- Attend external networking events to engage with potential candidates and to promote SII as an employer of choice.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience of working as an in-house recruiter on engineering roles
- Experience of using social media tools to identify, track and attract talent is desirable
- Experience of working within Engineering, Defence or Aerospace is desirable.
