We currently have a number of opportunities for Technicians to work in our instrumentation and monitoring team on major civil engineering infrastructure projects in the London and Birmingham areas.

We are looking for candidates with either a background in instrumentation and monitoring or a relevant construction related field e.g. surveying, geotechnical engineering or electronics. You should be a reliable, enthusiastic and hard-working team player with a desire to learn.

Key Tasks

·         Carry out site installations, maintenance and decommissioning of various types of structural and geotechnical monitoring equipment.

·         Configure and maintain remote monitoring sensors and networks.

·         Undertake manual monitoring readings; record and report results.

Desired profile

Profile

·         Highly motivated with relevant industry experience or background, ideally including monitoring projects or survey.

·         Safety conscious.

·         Should hold a CSCS card.

·         Good communication skills.

·         Proficiency in Word, Excel.

·         Ability to work alone or within a team.
