Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement successful salesstrategy for responsible sub-region to achieve sales

target.

为所负责的小区制定销售策略并有效地执行,并完成销售目标。

- Fully understand BU business strategy,implement “Go-To-Market” strategy for responsible

sub-region accordingly, and set the salestargets for responsible sales team.

充分理解 BU 生意战略,并为所负责的小区有效地执行“Go-To-Market”战略,并给销售

团队建立销售目标。

- Develop and propose growth forecasts& sales budgets, and manage sales productivity in line

with the sales strategy.

制定销售策略,增长预测及销售预算,并提高销售团队的生产力。

- Guide and support Sales to achieve salestarget in responsible sub-region for assigned

product lines.

指导和支持销售团队,完成所负责区域内的销售目标。

- Give constant coaching to sales team forcapability enhancement, sales team development,

motivation and retention.

持续地给予销售指导,负责销售团队的能力提高,发展、激励和留任。

- Develop and maintain close relationshipwith Key Accounts/KOL and healthcare industry

related departments/associates inresponsible sub-region for long-term business growth.

开发客户并维护客户关系,与核心客户及医疗行业相关的部门和协会保持紧密联系,以

实现长期的业务增长。

- Leverage other functions resources forbusiness growth.

协调其他部门资源来实现业务增长。

- Good insight into local marketconditions, competitive activities, general economic

conditions, governmental statutes andregulations.

对所负责区域的市场环境,竞争活动,总体经济状况,当地政府法规和条例有很好的洞

察力。

- Manage Business Partner in responsiblesub-region including training, inventory

management and etc.

管理负责区域内的业务合作伙伴,包括培训,有效管理库存等。

- Cooperate with cross functionaldepartments, to ensure high customer satisfaction.

积极协调跨部门的合作,以确保高水平的客户满意度。

Requirements:

- At least 8+ years working experience inHealthcare/IVD and 3 years+ management experience within sales

function.

至少 8 年以上医疗/体外诊断的工作经验, 3 年以上的销售管理经验

- Rich knowledge of sales cycle,opportunity management and negotiation tactics.

对于销售周期、销售机会管理和谈判策略等方面具备丰富知识

- Excellent understanding of salesworkflow, sales chain and marketing sensitivity to analytics.

深入理解销售流程,销售链管理,及敏感的市场分析能力

- Fully understanding of government policyof medical device industry

熟悉和理解医疗行业的政策法规

- Excellent verbal and written communicationskill in Chinese as well as good command of English.

优秀的口头和书面沟通能力,良好的英语水平

- Business result-oriented, interculturalsensitivity, logical-thinking.

业务导向,具备跨文化敏感度和逻辑思维

- Positive attitude, be able to work underhigh pressure.

积极的工作态度,能够承受高压的工作

- Frequent travel is required.

- Bachelor degree or above with major inmedical, marketing, business or related
