PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary objective of the Financial Reporting Specialist role is to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team in all aspect of data mining and report production.
This position is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team responsible for defining and maintaining a best in class analytical financial framework, for measuring the performance of the company by analysing actual, plan and benchmark data and for preparing sound and meaningful management reports.
REPORTING LINE
Reporting to the Group FP&A Director, this position has no direct reports
This position will also have a dotted line reporting to the Senior FP&A Analyst who will be managing priorities and output quality
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain automated reporting package as required by the FP&A team
Produce monthly analysis files to support the Group and Business performance management, budgeting and forecasting
Maintain and automatize the KPI reporting using existing data architecture
Produce business specifics financial reports (temporary)
Support ad hoc requests requiring the consolidation of information included in the BI Tools or any other sources (e.g. excel received from countries)
Update, on a monthly basis, financial information such as procurement savings, capex codes etc
At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
PROFILE
Education : finance or technical degree with minimum 3 years of working experience
Expert knowledge of Excel is a presequisite
Understand or has experience in the use of BI tools (Essbase an advantage)
Knowledge of management accounting / planning and control practices
REQUIRED SKILLS

Expert knowledge of Office 365 (Excel pivot tables and macros, Word, PPT)
Working knowledge of Hyperion products is an advantage
