You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

 

Join a department of 8 people within the Accounts Payable, Direct Purchasing (Goods and Payments) and Investment, attached to the European Accounting Department.

 

As a qualified accountant in an international environment, you will ensure the proper application of accounting rules, accounting processes and controls relating to purchasing flow, invoicing and payment flows for our European subsidiaries.

 

In charge of several expense items, you are in contact with the buyer, the supplier and the finance controlling

 

Integrate the accounting treatment of auxiliary supplier accounting of a European subsidiary within the Saran CSP

·  Ensure the control and accounting of invoices in view of the commitments declared by the purchasers managers of the country departments.
·  Monitoring of litigation invoices with Supply Chain team.
·  Analysis of suppliers account statements and reminders.
·  Follow up supplier balances.
·  Put to invoices payment.
·  Prepare weekly payment campaigns.
·  Monitoring of payments campaigns robot (operational mode / project mode).
·  Ensure monthly closing operations in link with finance controlling.
