As EME HR Digital project lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our HR digital transformation, making our HR digital ecosystem smarter, faster, and more efficient. You’ll lead projects that streamline HR processes, boost data insights, and keep us on top of compliance—all while collaborating with international teams across HR, IT, and beyond.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Project Management:
· Transform HR Digitally: from launch to finish line, lead HR digital transformation projects, whether it’s optimizing HR processes, new solutions implementations, upgrades or integrations
· Create a roadmap for success: define project scope, objectives, and deliverables and build a detailed action plan to guide the way.
· Keep projects on track: monitor timelines, budgets, and progress, tackling issues or risks as they come up.
· Enable change: drive change management activities to maximize user adoption and create an amazing user experience.
· Support our people: be there for our HR teams, giving them the support they need every step of the way.
· Lead projects on global, regional, and local level.
· Deal with complex project governance with group, global and regional stakeholders.
Stakeholders Collaboration:
· Partner across teams: work closely with HR teams across EME to understand needs and ensure our HRIS solutions meet business goals.
· Engage local teams: build strong ties with local teams across EME to encourage seamless implementation and adoption of our digital tools.
· Align with internal partners: coordinate with internal teams (IT, purchase, legal…) for compliance with architecture standards, cybersecurity, and more.
· Manage external service providers relationship: guarantee smooth implementation and ongoing support.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Enable data-driven decisions: build HR data, KPIs and reporting delivering meaningful insights.
· Ensure data accuracy: guarantee compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

· A higher education degree in project management, an HR or a related field specialization is a plus.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on animating
· A deep interest & experience of HR processes, Payroll and T&A is a plus.
· A strong interest in innovative and promising technologies.
· A proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Experience in the retail environment is a plus.
· A team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.
· An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
· A client-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver client-centric solutions.
· Creativity and a disruptive mindset, coupled with a strategic vision.
· Fluency in English is imperative
