The Role: Services Tendering Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Services Tendering Leader in our Cavite office.

You will be responsible for supervising the team preparing quotations and tender submissions covering the full range of Field Services activities, such as installation/testing, contracts, modernization, and digital services.

What will you do?

· Monitoring the team's day-to-day performance thru BFO Salesforce Dashboard

· Collaboration and Engagement with local and overseas internal stakeholders.

· Preparing Monthly and Quarterly Business Review Reports

· Conduct at least one coaching session per month for all members of the team

· Drives Continues Process Improvement for the team.

· Overseeing the process of preparing and submitting proposals or bids in response to customer requirements or requests for proposals.

Request for Quote (RFQ) is being quoted on time.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who would be successful?

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, and Finance.

· Min. of 3 years of experience in the leadership role or function doing the tender.

· Familiarity with the Tendering Processes

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Knowledge of the SE product & services pyramid at least for core offers in LV / MV / IT is a plus

· Strong analytical skills to serve the business purpose
