Senior Manager Sales

Job description

Key Criteria - The candidate must have top management connect with Builders in the Maharashtra region with key focus on Pune.

Generic Criteria:

Ø Should have expertise in digital marketing & strong knowledge of end consumer business

Ø Responsible for creating strong ecosystem for wiser home automation sales in the region in strong collaboration with Retail and project pipe

Ø Mainly focus on Wiser sales expected to grow at min 2X growth quarter over quarter first 2 years

Ø Create strong base with target personas: Electrician, Home Builders and Interior designers.

Ø Manger should be very supportive for team by giving proper guideline about day to day activities / business strategy and assist with any issues the team members may have

Ø Manager should ensure that all team members understand the team’s objectives and work together to achieve organization GOAL
