Job description

Role: Senior Manager – Segment Marketing and Communications, Schneider Electric India

Mission:

Develop and Drive best in class marketing and communication plans and campaigns for Targeted Segments in India by working closely with National and Regional Segment, Sales and Business leaders. The person will be part of Global Marketing India Team and report to Segment Marcom Leader, Greater India.

The Segment marketing team member should be a results-oriented, energetic person who is passionate about finding new and creative ways to increase our market share, accelerate pipeline, and orders from identified Segment Key Accounts through planning and execution of innovative marcom initiatives covering all marketing touchpoints including Digital, BTL, ATL and PR.

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand Segment Business Plans, Targeted Key Accounts and Develop + execute a comprehensive segment marketing plan working with Segment + Sales and Business Teams
· Deliver strong Brand and Business impact metrics through targeted key accounts: Drive Growth in Share of Voice, Increase Monthly and Recurring Engaged Users, Acceleration of Segment Marketing Influenced Pipeline and Marketing Influenced Revenue
· Develops and execute hero product launch plans for the Segments collaboratively working with business stakeholders in India and Global
· Creates impactful sales and marketing collaterals, customer testimonials and other tools for increasing customer engagement
· Plans and Executes Performance Marketing Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid advertising, ABM campaigns across various platforms, including search, social, display network and customized email drips. Conduct A/B testing and multivariable experiments to improve conversion rates and other key performance indicators. Create and manage a growth marketing dashboard to track and report on performance metrics including Incremental Lead and Business generated
· Leverage on External and Internal Communications to build narrative around Value Proposition for Targeted Segment Key Accounts and support through all marketing touchpoints
· Plan and execute C-Level + Operational Level Events and Seminars for increasing engagement with targeted accounts
· Liaison with PR Team to develop joint press releases and articles
· Create New incremental demand and Accelerate existing pipeline with targeted marketing techniques and touchpoints
· Acquire CXO and relevant new marketable contacts in targeted segments and create deep engagement through Structured Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
· Stakeholder Management & Communication : Engage in constant interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt alignment, transparent communication, and flawless execution for all marketing plans
· Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and other marketing metrics basis the feedback.

The candidate must have the following skills :

· Strong Business Acumen and ability to create impactful story and narrative to engage the target audience of the Segment
· Strong Creative skills, and a high degree of initiative and drive to create new things under tight timelines working with Indian and Global teams
· Strong Team Leader and Player: Ability to work well within all levels of the organization through Teamwork and Collaboration
· Flexible and fast learner who is coachable and comes with positive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

Essential skills, qualifications:

· Minimum 8-10 years B2B marketing communication, segment marketing, or strategy experience
· Creative thinker with a growth hacker mindset, able to generate new ideas.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and metrics.
· Experience and interest in energy or sustainability industries strongly preferred.
· Strong skills sets in organizing Events and Seminars of Large to Small scale key accounts with a robust ROI Mechanism in place
· Ability to create impactful marketing and sales tools
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software suite
· Good Knowledge of digital tools like Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau etc.
· Experience with A/B testing, SEO, marketing automation, analytics platforms and managing paid media campaigns.
· Strong project management skills, with experience using workflow management platforms
· Excellent communication, presentation, and budget management skills.
· Personal qualities such as: self-driven, passionate, collaborative, influential, perseverant, reliable, direct, curious, and creative
