Marketing Executive

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our Global Marketing Hong Kong Team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting event management, PR, internal communications, and any other marketing communication campaigns that help elevate our brand awareness and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our Brand and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the implementation of marketing communication strategies including but not limited to corporate activities, owned and industry events and speaking opportunities, PR and media promotion campaigns, and etc.
· Execute internal communications plan and campaigns for the company, in alignment with business priorities and global messaging
· Manage and review internal communication channels and content with the goal of reaching our dispersed teams
· Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams to conduct full range of media and marketing communications activities
· Provide administrative support for the department including preparing and handling business correspondence and documents, compiling reports, arranging meetings, and etc.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  Degree holder in Journalism, Communications, Translation/ Languages, Marketing, Business or related disciplines
·  Minimum 1 year of experience in communications and / or marketing. Fresh graduate with high potential will also be considered
·  Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
·  Good writing, translation, and proof-reading skills, especially in English
·  Must be competent in using Microsoft 365 suite
·  Organized, independent, proactive, responsible, and an attention to detail
·  Able to work under flexible schedule and take up ad hoc tasks in an evolving environment
·  Passionate to learn about the industry and the company’s solutions
