Key Responsibilities:

· OEM Account Management with One Schneider approach.
· Saturate and retain the existing OEM and covert new OEMs
· Prospect for potential new OEM to increase the base load for Schneider.
· Creating Business forecast adhere to achieve the same, Competition analysis and market trend.
· Price realization from the Market with segment focus approach.
· Distributors and System Integrator management and upskilling their technical skill.
· Collaboration with all the stokehole to enhance the Business.
· Increase footprint of innovative and new offer in market.
· Upload sales visit report on daily basis on BFO and ensure data accuracy.

·  Core competency of Switchgear & Control product line and their application and basic understanding of Discrete automation landscape.
·  Understanding of role of Electrical distribution and Automation for sustainability and decarbonization.
·  Understating of Industrial Software and Digital tools.
·  Good communication and presentation skill.
·  Well organized and system oriented.
·  Team Player and collaborative approach
·  Good exposure in MS Office suit.
