Job description
Mission: The League Marketing Referent creates the right vision / strategy / positioning for Enclosures. They also ensure right marketing content creation (including value prop documents, battle cards, marketing collaterals, launch documents). They support the League roadmap definition & feeding the roadmap with right innovations
Build Strategy / vision / positioning of all the Enclosure offers postioned for Buildings segment in International Hub (e.g. PrismaSeT International) 
 
- Upkeep Roadmap definition and keep on refining / updating / dissemenating the same with required stakeholders
 
- Create a clear vision document (mid to long term) to sustain competitive edge
 
- Define Digital strategy - Define target market, personas, CJM. 2) Understand customer values, WTP, conduct VoCs, work closely with ESXP and SE Digital to define right offer
 
- Create a clear positoning document (segment / geography wise) for various Enclosure offers positioned in International Hub
 
- Work closely with other League Marketeers to align on strategy / positioning and bring this view to the PO
 
Create definition / Strategy of "Just Enough offer"
 
- Define the need => price positioning, features, competitive landscape WTP, intented cost positioning
 
- Define GTM
 
- Make vs Buy
 
Build right marketing content / collaterals at League level (in line competition, trends, market / offer evolution)
 
- Digital Swithcboard pitch document
 
- Battle cards
 
- Offer Value prop documents
 
- Launch assets
Bring innovation to the offer roadmap
 
- Evaluate and propose disruptive ideas - more on H2 & H3
 
- Run the POCs for innovation ideas
 
- Consider league priorities / market trends / Segments of the future
