Main Mission

The Inside Sales - Customer Success Manager position functions as a seller and account manager supporting territory-specific accounts in driving revenue growth through contract sales, including net new paid offers and contract renewals. This position is geared towards a highly motivated individual and allows opportunity for cross collaboration across multiple teams. This role offers great experiences tied to direct interaction with external customers, opportunities to learn about different Schneider Electric products and inside sales / customer success management skillset development.

Main Responsibilities:

· Active selling to existing and new customers with a focus on Support Contracts
· Available to answer customer calls about contract related questions
· Handle Contract related data entry and management
· Swiftly handle identified Leads & Opportunities within territory
· Consistent engagement with Sales, Customer Success & Service Operations to ensure alignment on support strategy as it relates to business priorities
· Identify growth opportunities and implement the needed protocols and processes to increase sales from current strategic customers and prioritize the highest growth potential accounts
· Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze percent to goal with the ability to continuously adjust daily performance, as needed, to ensure goals are met

·  Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a cross functional team environment
·  Highly goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to prepare and present goal-focused business proposals
·  Basic data entry and data management experience
·  Knowledge of basic IT tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc.
·  Account or customer management experience is a plus
·  Previous experience with bFO / Salesforce is a plus
