Job description
Head of Digital Energy FSA&I
- Drive the local Yearly PnL (Order/Sales/GM) by Product Lines supporting all channels of sales
- Manage locally the whole Digital Energy Marketing & SAE team within the cluster
- Conduct regular reporting of overall performance, action plans, successes & gap identified
- Have a look-ahead vision of transformation to be implemented– mid/long term plan (3Y plan)
Marketing
- Adapt, deploy and follow-up the execution of the BU Playbook (Annual Sales & Marketing Plan, 4P, Product launches, Product divest etc)
- Implement Marketing Excellence Program (Digitization of Ordering process, Supply Chain performance & simplification)
- Maintain Market Intelligence / Benchmarking; report offer gaps and product development priorities
- Contribute to the Commercial Policy definition (segmentation, discount, structure).
- Responsible of MarCom plan execution and budget management.
- Is Accountable for the System Integrator Channels growth (EcoXperts)
Business
- Drive SPA process (Special Price Agreement) and follow the performance of Transactional Business.
- Drive Digital Energy Project business
- Drive (initiator/contributor/ultimate approver) CPP process for Digital Energy Offers and follow the performance of Project Business
- Have direct responsibility of some Customers or Strategic Opportunity

Requirements:
Engineering degree in Electric, Electronics, Telecoms, IT.
Master’s in business administration
Minimum professional experience of 10 years
International Experience with min 3 years in different countries.
Experience in Middle voltage, Low Voltage domain is a plus.
Experience in managing a P&L is required
Ability to talk French, English & Spanish
