Your Mission

As a Business Development leader in Energy Transition, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the area of Green Hydrogen and and Carbon Capture projects. You will be responsible for driving growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners. Your focus will be on promoting our systems solutions, such as software platforms, hardware integration, and automation technologies, to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success and expansion of our business.

Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

· Identify and research potential clients, partners, and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, government engagements.
· Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential gaps in the systems industry.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and marketing, to develop compelling proposals and solutions for clients.
· Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer requirements, providing product demonstrations, and delivering persuasive presentations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
· Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
· Monitor and track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business risks or opportunities.
· Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
· Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to continuously improve knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications :

About You

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Language requirements:

·  Fluent in English
·  French language will be valuable

Experience:

·  Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the systems industry.
·  Strong knowledge of systems solutions, such as electrification, process & electrical automation and software solutions.
·  Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ability to drive complex sales deals, and drive revenue growth.
