Business Development – Machine Automation
Mission:
The Machine Automation Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting our machine automation solutions.
Key Responsabilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the different sector/segments
· Identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with channel partners/customers
· Develop and implement strategic business plans
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials
· Demonstrate sales force effectiveness metrics as determined by management
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
· Drive partnership development with channel partners (Distributors, System Integrators and OEMs)
Skills and attributes:
· Significant experience as business development, sales, or a related role; with results in driving new business and growing pipeline.
· Understanding the needs of the customers and industries we serve
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Experience with motion control offers such as PLC´s, Servo Drives & Motors
· Experience of the machine solutions market
