Junior Marketing Manager Apprenticeship Mobility Segment (SC&S)
Mobility Segment (Automotive, Transportation and Semiconductors) is a promising and strategic segment for Schneider Electric.
Mobility team goal is to bring innovative solutions that fit to the challenges of the 3 industries towards, Electrification, Digitization and Sustainability, in the core expertise of Schneider Electric on Energy Management and Industrial Automation.
Main Role :
1. Responsible of Market intelligence and community management of Mobility Segment
2.Collaborate on Marketing plan and marketing initiatives for the 3 segments
3. Participate to the development and enhancement of unique value proposition and the C level customer pitches
Tasks for Market intelligence and community management
· As a part of the global team of the Mobility Segment, manage the publishing of newsletter on fortnightly/monthly basis
· Prepare Market and Competitive analysis for business review purpose + to develop marketing initiatives that will boost growth
· Manage one of the most important digital tools for the community i.e spice portal and ensure it is updated on regular basis
· Drive the quality improvement initiative of monthly open line and quarterly community call through streamlining feedback mechanism
· Analyze the satisfaction index of the community and develop action plan to improve it
· Coordinate monthly update process and ensure accuracy in the performance tracker to make sure country teams get a clear view of the key initiatives. Escalate roadblocks and improvement areas.

Qualifications :
·Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; ability to understand and solve complex problems and device effective solution
·Fast learning capacity; ability to quickly absorb information on various topics and synthesize it to make meaningful conclusions
·Basic marketing concept; structured thinking
·Communication skills both verbal and written, open-mindedness, ability to communicate with multi-cultural team
·Ability to build models in MS Excel and manage digital platforms
