Software Inside Service Sales Associate has the distinction of being one stop on a long career journey within APC by Schneider Electric. As part of the service sales team, the ISSA takes on this critical responsibility in a dynamic and fast paced environment. In this position, employees are building and maintaining strong relationships with many of our largest global customers in a team atmosphere.

Software Inside Service Sales Associate Responsibilities:


The position is responsible for working on the auto-generated leads and routing them to different partners and/or customers (both internal and external).

Responsible for checking software entitlement inquiries from both internal and external customers.

Preparing and sending quotes.

Calls both inbound and outbound related to Software Contract inquiries and following up on sent quotes.

The position has a crucial role in the company's marketing strategy and in promoting company's product lines and service offering.

There are no travel demands for this job and the role requires an ISSA work at least a 40-hour work week.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Must possess a Bachelor's degree in any fiel
At least 1 year working experience on related field
Strong skills in problem solving and time management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Organized, able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to achieve project goals
Flexibility and sensitivity in cooperation with internal and external customers
Amenable to work in night shift schedule
