Senior HR Business Partner Supply Chain Europe

The HR Business Partner supports business priorities by partnering with the Head Supply Chain Europe in all aspects of the People Strategy. Talent acquisition, succession planning and people development activities are main tasks, as well as facilitating all HR processes through enabling and orchestrating the SC-EU HR teams. Main tasks include:

Manage the local HR teams and ensure their services to the business
Align HR processes EU wide based on Group guidelines
Drive consistency in HR practices across the organisation (i.e. performance management, development reviews, development planning, compensation planning)
Drive change management in the context of organisational changes
Drive and consolidate talent management for Supply Chain EU (talent reviews, key people hirings, succession planning, skills management, etc.)
Plan current and future workforce based on skills and behaviors
Tailor and implement HR projects (i.e. job levelling, employer branding, employee engagement survey, etc.)
Collaborate closely with Corporate HR Team and the broader HR community team

Mobility needs you

You are a self-starting and motivated HR-Professional with a strong business acumen, empathy and drive. Further qualifications may include:

BA or MAS in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant area and or profound experience in similar role
Experienced in working in international matrix environment
Operational and strategic HR expertise
Problem solving and process excellence
Fluent in English, any other language of advantage
