Safety & Health Manager (80-100%)

Mobility is the objective

As Safety & Health Manager you will mainly be responsible for:

Plan and implement the prevention of labor risks and promote safe behaviors for all employees
Advise the Plant Management regarding Safety and Health actions, integrate and implement the Prevention Plan throughout the organization
Monitor and coordinate the risk evaluation of all works, work groups and processes of Operations and Maintenance in the Plant
Establish procedures to create, enhance and sustain Safety & Health wareness, processes, rules and standards
Analyze Safety and Health statistics and propose improvement actions to Plant Management
Cooperate with Supply Chain EU and Group Safety community to ensure continuous improvement and alignment to best demonstrated practices

Mobility needs you

You are an energetic self-starter with excellent communication and organisazional skills. Furthermore you possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor in Technical/Mechanical/Electronical/Electronics or Industrial Engineering
Desired experience leading safety areas in manufacturing industries for 3-5 years
Safety qualifications degree
Manufacturing industries knowledge –product, field-, safety & health procedures knowledge
Fluent in English and Italian
