Manager Business Development - Global Fulfillment and Installation (m/f) 80-100 %

Mobility is the goal

The main goal of this position is to ensure the further development and successful implementation of multiple important Group projects. Tasks include:

Analysis of Business Efficiency including Fulfillment and Installation cost in the global organization
Identification of business opportunities and organizational needs in the New Installation / Modernization Fulfillment processes
Elaborate business case calculations to quantify improvements of Group projects
Identify "Best Demonstrated Practices" (BDP) followed by planning and execution for rolling out these BDPs globally
Development and global implementation of a harmonized NI/MOD Supervisor training and certification program
Verification of sustainable project implementation in our KGs around the world
Ensure know-how transfer between Zone and KGs

Mobility needs you

You are a self-motivated and strongly result oriented personality with a culturally sensitive and people oriented mindset. Further qualifications include:

Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or equivalent
Experience in Fulfillment and NI/MOD Business processes in our industry
Sound project leader capabilities and experience, preferably in an international business environment
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
English BEC 2 level or equal
Very good presentation skills
