Our function at a glance:

Our O2C team handles the following activities:  

Master Data Management, Sales Order Managemen, Requests and Disputes Management, Credit Risk and Credit Data Management, Collections and Customer Contact Management, Cash Application and Receivables Management, AR related Month-end Closing, Reporting and Non-trade Invoice Management.

These operations are critical for customers & patients products fulfillment, accurate accounting, generating cash flow, customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

·  Supervise and manage a team that delivers the best service for sales orders management in line with SLA, ensuring a positive customer experience
·  Monitor KPIs (such as order cycle time, delivery lead time, zero touch order rate, # of order(s) line per FTE, # of incomplete sales orders etc), analyze and identify deviation compared to agreed targets
·  Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
·  Manage stakeholders, both internal and external
·  Coach Sales Orders analysts, team size is 8-12 FTE’s
·  Drive continuous improvement initiatives

About you

Experience :

·  Min. 3-5 years´s experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Order to Cash contract & commercial conditions management or similar (essential), preferably in pharma
·  1-2 years experience as a team lead
·  Understands commercial policies, pricing, rebates, on-off invoices, returns and claims policies (essential)
·  Experience in running services within a Business Services organization (advantageous)
·  Experience in transition project (advantageous)
·  Good business acumen

Technical skills :

·  Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel (essential)
·  Hands-on experience of SAP (essential) in S4 Hana preferably, SD module (advantageous)

Interpersonal :

·  Ability to interact with  customers in a professional manner (essential)
·  Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end to end mindset (essential)
·  Good communication, attentive to customer needs and feedback (essential)
·  Strong problem solving and analytical skills
·  Highly-driven and self-motivated

Leadership:

·  Ability to take ownership of tasks and processes (essential)
·  Ability to organize, prioritize and structure the tasks for oneself and direct reports (essential)
·  Action oriented, delivery driven, change agent (advantageous)
·  Lead by example to deliver high quality service, customer satisfaction (advantageous)

Education :  Bachelor or equivalent.

Languages : Good command of English& Italian or English& Spanish written and verbal
