Main Responsibilities
Shape the company’s commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability and lead global ways of selling to standardized processes across commercial operations.
• Manage Commercial Excellence teams.
• Develop and execute a global commercial strategy aligned with the company's vision, and market trends.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to cross-functional teams (incl. Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
• Upskill sales team by providing them with the right tools, resources and trainings.
• Share & maintain best practices and standardized processes across commercial operations to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage Revenue Growth Management teams.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize pricing, promotions, assortment and trade spend to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop KPIs and measure the effectiveness of commercial strategies.
• Participate in revenue and demand forecasting.
About You
Education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics or comparable.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
Experience
• Several years of experience in RGM.
•Experience in a commercial environment in the areas of pricing, sales controlling, controlling or project management.
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience in international roles.
• Industry knowledge desirable.
Skills
Independent, results-oriented, proactive way of working and hands-on mentality. Ability to work with international teams, High level of internal and external customer orientation, Strong interpersonal skills, High attention to detail, Strong quantitative and analytical skills, Ability to structure problems and related solutions and to prepare them in a decision-oriented manner, leadership skills, very good English language skills.
