iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Brand Manager
- VIE Contract (W/M)
The VIE will be working in Reading.
Key responsibilities:
1. Optimizing Omni-channel Marketing
- Maximizing the impact of the critical customer touchpoints –through the development of innovative marketing materials and programmes
- Managing external agency partners to optimize the delivery of promotional tactics
- Optimizing the travel digital platforms
- Assisting with the design and planning on communication plan: getting the right message to the right customers at the right time through the right channel mix
2. Leading a new product launch
- Developing brand strategy including Competitor analysis, segmentation, positioning and messaging
- Developing innovative marketing materials, programmes and other practical tools by incorporating insights and feedback from customers, field force and other cross-functional teams
- Managing external agency partners to optimize the delivery of promotional tactics
- Marketing analysis and insight
a. Assisting with planning and implementation of quantitative and qualitative market research initiatives to develop market understanding
- KPI (Key Performance Indicators) development and tracking
Please note: this is an office based role with occasional travel in other EU countries and frequent travel within the UK/Ireland.
Candidate's profile:
- Education: Master degree (Scientific/Business, combination is ideal)
- Experience: marketing experience with proven success in brand plan development execution and campaign development from initiation to execution; sales experience in healthcare/pharma/biotech industry desirable; therapy area experience is an advantage; market access/HTA (Health Technology Assessment) experience is desirable
- Soft skills: organisational and analytical skills; ability to work in a specialist area; excellent communication skills; digital marketing /market research /selling skills are desirable; acting for change and able to co-operate transversely; striving for results; committed to customers; able to motivate and empower workgroups
- IT tools: MS Office at least
- Languages: fluent English
