As a technical product marketing manager, you will work with the product marketing team to the sales team and partners in Japan understand how the customer success platform can solve the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution. The technical marketing manager will understand the technical and market needs of Japan and work with the global product team to better serve the Japanese market. The technical marketing manager is responsible for creating and representing the technical marketing content both internally, and externally at customer meetings and key events.
Key Responsibilities
· Localize, customize and maintain technical marketing content
· Localize, customize and maintain the product roadmap across Salesforce products
· Enable internal sales, service and marketing teams on the latest product developments and roadmap.
· Enable our customers and partners on the latest product developments and roadmap.
· Perform solution demo with PMMs to customers
· Work closely with the global product management team to ensure that the local sales teams have the technical knowledge needed to market Salesforce products in Japan. Provide feedback to the product teams on needs of the Japanese market
· Localize or create industry focused demo content across multiple Salesforce products.
· Localize or create technical assets that showcase the power of the Salesforce customer success platform.
· Review and revise press releases to ensure that the content matches the messaging in the local market
Requirements:
· Technical understanding of multiple Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
· 2 to 3 years of experience duplicating, customizing and localizing Salesforce instances of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
· Experience marketing and communicating core technologies and infrastructure to internal and external audiences.
· Able to coordinate across multiple teams and functions.
· Able to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
· Strong written and verbal communications skills in Japanese. Ability to take complex technology concepts in English and ensure they are easy to understand in Japanese.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Outstanding ability to read and write technical content in English. Strong verbal English communication skills.
