MuleSoft is looking for a well-rounded, hard worker with a can do attitude, who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. This role is based in San Francisco and you will work closely with the North America marketing team to execute a wide range of marketing programs to ultimately drive pipeline.
There are two main responsibilities within this role:
CIO Programs: in enterprise technology, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) is our most critical audience. Our Marketing team drives innovative programs targeted at the CIO, and as we grow, we need a rock-star to help us scale. This person will report into the CIO Program Lead and will become the engine behind CIO programs that ultimately help us capture the $70B market opportunity that integration and digital transformation present in enterprise IT.
Field Marketing: this person will also work closely with the regional field marketers to help with the execution of regional marketing plans. This includes assisting with end-to-end event execution, including contracting, budgeting, building a promotion plan, building content, and managing the sales team to drive towards event goals. This person will also get to hone their martech skill-set by utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Cvent.

In this role, you will:

Develop and execute CIO and Field Marketing programs (events, campaigns, etc.) that build pipeline.

Collaborate with Product, Digital and Corporate Marketing as well as Sales to ensure program success.

Track metrics to monitor program results; continuously iterate and create repeatable programs to scale.
·
Understand MuleSoft’s brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
Required Skills/Experience
·
2+ years experience in B2B marketing or relevant experience.
·
Strong project management skills with experience driving deliverables cross-functionally.
·
Strong written and verbal communications.
·
Ability to thrive as a self-starter in a dynamic environment.
·
Ability to “do-what-it takes” and prioritize across multiple workstreams.
·
Strong creative mind and attention to detail.
·
Degree in Marketing or related field required.
Desired Skills/Experience
·
Experience running demand generation programs with measurable success.
·
Experience managing executive programs (logistics, contracts, invites, set up).
