Job Description

Shift management at the receiving/dispatching workplace

Management and supervision of the activities of subordinates (approx. 10-12 people)

Capacity coordination of the team

Resolving non-standard/urgent situations

Supervision of compliance with correct procedures (5S, OHS, order and hygiene standards in the assigned area)

Responsibility for compliance with procedures (FIFO, material storage, packaging and storage)

Reporting team activities (QRQC)

Organizing and leading meetings for subordinate employees on a daily basis

Submitting proposals for changes within your department to your superior

Adjusting subordinate attendance

Performing transactions in ERP

Place of work: Rokycany

Job Requirements

Completed secondary education

Experience with team management

Previous experience working in a receiving/dispatching warehouse

AJ at least at an advanced level

Experience with operating a forklift, retruck

Driving licence (group B)

Independence, responsibility, results orientation

Diligence, organizational skills

Active PC user (Word, Excel, information systems)

Willingness to work in 2-shift mode
