Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Equipment development (challenge and follow up of the supplier, project milestones, laboratory or helicopter test, review and analysis of supplier documents, qualification and certification of the equipment and its installation, project management)
Writing of technical documents
As SDR, you are the main contact (technical) between Airbus and the supplier, but also between all departments (airworthiness, integration, program…)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Aeronautic environment knowledge
Aeronautic Lighting and Electronic / Electrical system design
Experience in equipment installation design
Knowledge of Aerospace Standards (DO-160, CS 27/29,…)
Good experience in SAP
Experience in writing Technical documents
Fluent English (German & French beneficial)
Project management and reactivity to answer to the supplier/client questions
Mobility (Germany-Donauwörth)

SDR Lighting and Electrical Power
Development of Helicopter lighting equipment
Analysing and writing of technical documents (e.g. Maintenance Technical Notes)
Test of the equipment (ground and flight test organization)
Integration, Qualification and certification of the equipment
Support to the clients (indirectly via others departments)
Review and analysis of supplier documents
