Job description
Track the coverage of external repair parts
Generate Purchase order and Delivery Note to ship-out part for repairs
Verify Repair Quote and Technical report to amend the PO.
Track the material until it is received at the facility on-time.
Create and healthy relationship with Suppliers for long term association.
Track the availability of Used/Standard exchange parts and secure necessary approval to avoid production stoppages.
Should be well versed with the metrics to track coverage
Interact with logistics partners to track the shipments
Interact with Supply chain monitoring team to give feed back on ETA and critical parts
Updating SAP material master records.
Perform the transactions to allocate parts on the right order / project and ask for arbitration if needed
Define & deliver KPIs on supply performance
Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and global customers through regular local and global updates.

Significant knowledge and past experience in Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Sub-contracting, MRP analysis, PR to PO, Outbound/Inbound shipment follow-up, Logistics.) and relevant tools.
Proficiency in SAP MM
MS Office Tools
Power BI Knowledge shall be an added advantage
